Board of Trustees

Responsible for management of the board (meetings, processes, etc), artistic staff contracts, and general choir contact. Serves as a Corporate Officer with the Treasurer and Executive Secretary who are responsible for all federal and state corporate filings and compliance. Serves as chair of the Executive Committee that includes the Treasurer, Executive Secretary, and Personnel Manager. 

Ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees (non-voting). Participates in all board business and discussion, including meetings/correspondence with the Officers and Executive Committee. Will officially become Managing Director in Season 17 (Aug 2026). 

Oversees general choir membership: onboarding new members, all communication with the choir members, attendance tracking, app management. Serves on the Executive Committee with the Managing Director, Treasurer, and Executive Secretary. Serves as the chair for the Social Committee and Membership Committee.

Oversees all financials for the organization. Serves as a Corporate Officer with the Managing Director and Executive Secretary who are responsible for all federal and state corporate filings and compliance.  Services on the Executive Committee with the Managing Director, Personnel Manager and Executive Secretary. Serves as the chair of the Financial Committee.

Coordinates all fundraising efforts for the choir - applies for grants, seeks donors, etc

Oversees all operations for each rehearsal and concert, including contracts with venues and vendors, setup and strike, and other production needs. Serves as chair of the Production Committee.
